# How to sign my GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

**Companies using Noticeable and handling European user data (i.e. people living in the European Union) may need to sign a Data Processing Agreement (also called DPA), as part of GDPR requirements. This article explains how to get and sign your DPA.**

To become legally binding:

1. Email the completed and signed DPA (page 2) to dpa@noticeable.io. 
2. In return, we will sign it on our side and send the signed document back to you.
