# How to forward publications by email?

Noticeable allows collecting email addresses of people who are interested by your product updates:

Using collected addresses, you can automatically forward an email to interested users when a new publication is published.

# Configuring your project to forward updates by email

1. Open the [Noticeable Dashboard](https://dashboard.noticeable.io).
2. Click on **Emails** in the left navigation.
3. If that's the first time you come to that page, you should see the **Settings** tab.
4. Fill in all fields on the different settings groups, then click on the switch button entitled **Allow sending emails**:

# Creating and forwarding emails

1. Create a new publication or open for edition an existing one on the [Noticeable Dashboard](https://dashboard.noticeable.io).
2. When you are ready to send your publication by email, go to **Step 3 (Summary)**:

3. Press the toggle button entitled **Email the publication to people who subscribed to receive updates**:

4. Click on the button named **Publish changes** at the bottom of the page.

That's it. Your users will get notified about your publication by email :)  

|| Note that if your project email settings are configured to use double opt-in, only subscribers who confirmed their email address will receive your emails.
